| As President of MPbid, James Etkin is responsible for the management and direction of MPbid’s operations for the entire company. Mr. Etkin has over 17 years of solid experience in all facets of the hospitality industry primarily in the travel and meetings space. James has successfully spearheaded a Florida-based full-service event production and destination management company that has serviced the Fortune 500’s for over 30 years. |
| Prior to entering the industry, Mr. Etkin was a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte & Touche in New York City. Mr. Etkin has extensive experience in the conception and creation of organizational structures and their marketplace applications. He has developed new services for MPbid and instituted the latest innovations in technological systems to more efficiently control operations, design, and production. |

| Wayne A. Fisher, CMP, Director of Enterprise Solutions |

| | Elected to the MPbid Advisory Board in February, 2005, Wayne is Director of Enterprise Solutions and Lead Advisor, Development Consultant for MPbid. In this role, he works closely with senior management teams to evolve MPbid’s products and services as meeting professionals needs continue to evolve. |

| Mr. Fisher's career in meetings and incentive strategy consulting has spanned more than 15 years, and he has been a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) for 10 plus years. Wayne has extensive experience in developing key strategies based on proven management methodologies that incorporate Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma quality control systems. |
| Wayne designed the industry's first technology modules that enable improved measurements in the areas of negotiating effectiveness and risk exposure across decentralized enterprises. He also worked on high visibility consolidation strategies in the financial, insurance, travel management and information technology industries. |

| Donna J. House, Director of Operations |

| Donna J. House joined MPbid in July 2003. As Director of Operations, Ms. House manages the day-to-day operations and the development of the business-to-business applications for meeting planners for MPbid. |
| Prior to this role, Ms. House was an Applications Developer and Subject Matter Expert for Delta Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Airlines. At Delta, her principal activities were spearheading the enhancement and support of the Technical Operations Publishing System, including complete Year 2000 remediation. Following her years with Delta, House was a Senior Systems Analyst/Developer for Revlon for one year. |
| House holds a B.A. in Computer Science and German from Grinnell College. In addition, she has nine plus years of solid experience in Information Technology and as such has become instrumental in gaining MPbid a secure stronghold in the Industry. |
