Cancellations

At MPbid we understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, meeting rooms that had been contracted for, must be cancelled. In order to assist the industry with reallocating those rooms to potential meeting planners that might be able to utilize the space, we will be glad to post the cancelled space, and reduce our agreed commission by 50%.

The hotel, meeting planner and third party consultant (if applicable) must be registered with MPbid.

In order to properly register the cancellation with MPbid, please follow the easy 3 step process below: (Note: if the process below is not followed, it will be considered a normal offer.)

  1. Fax to MPbid at (954) 457-7590 a copy of the contract that is being cancelled. Indicate on the cover page that the contract relates to cancelled space.
  2. We will respond via E-mail to appropriate parties approving (or denying) the possibility of a cancellation posting.
  3. An offer can then be posted in the hotel exchange and the exchange process will proceed as normal.
